All three forms must be filled out, PER CHILD to be considered complete.

Online registration is currently closed, if you would like to register your child(ren) for school, please reach out to the AMBE Board Office to talk to the registrar and get the process started.

These forms are not for the current photo/video consent forms sent out by the school nor the updated information sheet.
