Job Description About the Ahkwesáhsne Mohawk Board of Education (AMBE)

AMBE is responsible for providing educational services to the Akwesasne Mohawk Community, including; 3 Schools that offer Head Start to Grade 8 education; secondary education services in partnership with local school boards; adult education services; and post-secondary assistance.

AMBE is one of the largest Indigenous education systems on the East Coast with small class sizes, the opportunity to work in a unique community, unionized environment for educational instructional staff and a short commute from the city of Cornwall, Ottawa and Montreal.
